No student to be detained till Standard VIII
As
part of its efforts to enforce the Right to Education law, the state
government has ordered that no students should be detained till eighth
standard.
General Education Department secretary has issued a circular in this regard, directing all headmasters to follow the order strictly from the next academic year.
